I have been really busy getting the new blog up and running with an attached facebook page. This stuff doesn’t come easily to me and I could not have done without the help of my son, Bruce, and DIL, Maggie. My mom gave your book to me as a gift, and I am so impressed. I refer to it more than any other preparedness book that I own, and I enjoy your references to foster care, adoption and large families. My own family includes four adopteds through CPS and two biologicals. You are most definitely a mentor to me through your book. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inspiration.

I am really impressed on how your books turned out to be. My friends were able to gift me one of your books and found out that interesting topics such as adoption, care and other related family issues and success. Gotta love to have more books from you and will definitely read all of them. Thanks!

I noticed that your “Preserving Abundance” website has been taken down. I have missed your calm voice these many months. After having read about you and your family and your continuing perseverance toward a self-sufficient lifestyle for so long, I feel like I know you. And I know I’m not alone in this.
Please know that you are missed.
